We have been conditioned to guilt, shame, and reject the notion of rest and recovery. To no fault of our own, we consistently push ourselves to cross the world’s forever moving finish line; unconsciously disconnecting from ourselves. 

A necessary step in reconnecting with the authentic self is allowing space for others as they are; learning to be the observer and not the judge.

You are only responsible for your frequency and energetic field.

It is “normal” to want to escape from and/or distract ourselves from the pain that has and does plague us on a daily basis, however, the only way to truly heal and live the abundant life you deserve to live is to your trigger(s).

For this love note, I want to discuss the divine masculine and the divine feminine energies.
