Meet LaKeshia

Her debut collection, Lavender Heart Tea, introduced her reflective voice on autonomy and authenticity—threads she now expands into character-driven speculative narratives.
Lavender Heart Tea
LaKeshia's debut collection centers healing and self-actualization through lyrical prose and reflective storytelling.
Current Projects
LaKeshia is writing an ensemble speculative fiction trilogy examining generational trauma and cultural reckoning. Through interconnected families and timelines, the series explores how ancestral and spiritual forces shape identity, memory, and consequence. As past decisions echo forward, each character must acknowledge what they've inherited and understand that doesn't define them and cycles can be interrupted—but at what cost?
