Meet LaKeshia
LaKeshia T. Williams is a Black poetic prose and speculative fiction writer whose work explores generational healing and the interiority of self-actualization. Her debut collection, Lavender Heart Tea, introduced her reflective voice on autonomy and authenticity—threads she now expands into character-driven speculative narratives.
Lavender Heart Tea
LaKeshia's debut collection centers healing and self-actualization through lyrical prose and reflective storytelling.
Current Projects
LaKeshia is writing a speculative fiction trilogy examining cultural reckoning. Through interconnected families and timelines, the first narrative explores how ancestral motives and actions shape our identity, memory, and consequence. As past decisions echo forward, each character must choose the familiar loop or the unknown—but at what cost?
A growing archive of literary appearances, community involvement, and creative recognition.
