We love you Eddie! Why the world fell in love with Stranger Things' Eddie Munson
It's been a little over a week since many of us nerds, I mean, Stranger Things fans stayed up until the wee hours of the morning binging the nearly 4 hours long conclusion of Stranger Things, Season 4 Vol. 2. Many have argued that Season 4 has been the most sinister, yet best season to-date and are eagerly awaiting for the 5th and final season to grace our home flatscreens in 2024. If you are new here to my blog, love notes from keesh, I have a series titled, Entertainment turned Authentic lesson, where I deep dive into fictional movies and series and extract and present to my community real life jewels that can be used in everyday life. -
"Mic Check" Don't be afraid to follow your heart, even when it feels really, really scary
A boss is at first a beginner is a phrase I said one evening to a friend as we discussed how they were apprehensive and afraid to try things they had no prior experience with. After haphazardly saying it, I realized just how much of a jewel that sort perspective is to have. -
"Seasons" Changing your mind about things as you grow and acquire more knowledge
When we are open to receive, we are ever evolving beings who will consistently change and grow until our time on this realm is done. When we close our minds to new or foreign things, we rob ourselves of an authentic experience in this lifetime. -
"Hues" The importance of releasing harsh thinkings and judgements
When we are disconnected from our true being, black and white thinking is not uncommon. Black and white thinking gives a sense of protection; that things are either one way or another. A beautiful lesson you learn as you reconnect with your authentic self is that life is a spectrum of truths and that there are many ways in which things exist and are perceived.

"Once in a Blue Moon" Acknowledging the pain and magic of self healing journey
For this love note I want to chat with you about the upcoming full moon (Blue moon in Aquarius) and the power of acknowledging and releasing.
Today’s full moon is particularly special because it is considered a blue moon and serves as an ideal time to release all things that no longer align with our most authentic being and a time to stand firmly in our truths.
-
"As is" Don't shrink to fit in, expand and stand out
A common path we have all been conditioned to follow is shrinking ourselves into a box that is better digestible to the world and we do ourselves a huge injustice in doing so. We were never created “to fit in”; each of us were uniquely crafted to stand true and bold in our authenticity and integrity.
-
"Seeds" Learning to honor action and rest
In a previous love note, “Perspective,” I mentioned intentional mindful daily practices, such as, meditation, mindfulness, and stillness. In combination with those practices, we must put in the necessary “work” to achieve abundance in our lives. -

"Wrinkles" Learn to hold space for where people are without judgement
A necessary step in reconnecting with the authentic self is allowing space for others as they are; learning to be the observer and not the judge.
You are only responsible for your frequency and energetic field.
